Koru provides a unique fully-integrated service, with directly employed in-house teams managing all aspects of design and construction.
At Koru Property Services we have our own in-house designers.
Our Senior architect is a member of the RIBA with sixteen years experience.
Koru directly employ their own workforce of skilled crafts, trades and labour.
This fully integrated organisation means greater efficiency and communication at all levels on every scheme.
Along with repairs and renovation of the building fabric on existing structures Koru also provide internal decorations, mechanical and electrical installations and fit-outs of all kinds, such as medical facilities, residencies and industrial units.
Koru can also offer a property maintenance service, with options of scheduled or responsive maintenance of properties after the hand-over of a project.
Koru was established in 2002 by Tony Henderson and Mark Taylor, experienced Directors that had previously been the regional management team of a large national construction company, Ballast plc.
The drive in establishing the business was to use the expertise developed on a range of significant projects in the region to provide a cost effective professional alternative in delivering small and medium-sized construction projects.
